The Gonzaga Environmental Law Clinic received Rose Foundation funding to provide the public information and varied perspectives to better understand the complicated issues surrounding efforts to clean-up polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the Spokane River. This includes regulatory efforts such as variances that may delay timeframes for the clean-up, litigation related to a PCB TMDL and related clean-up efforts, and an understanding of water quality standards.
